PETTIS COUNTY, Mo. — A crash in Pettis County Sunday evening sent a Pilot Grove driver to an area hospital.
The Highway Patrol was called to Route HH, a mile west of State Route 135 in Pettis County around 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
A vehicle driven by 73-year-old Doris C. Thalgott was traveling east when Thalgott lost control of her vehicle on the icy roadway, causing it to begin to slide.
The sport-utility vehicle ran off the right side of the highway and struck a ditch. The vehicle then rotated clockwise and rolled over onto its side, according to the report.
Thalgott received minor injuries in the accident and was treated at Bothwell Regional Hospital in Sedalia.
