A Pettis County accident left a resident with injuries Wednesday afternoon.  According to the Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on US 50 Highway as Natalie Wingerter, 27, of Sedalia, was traveling westbound and began to slide on the icy road conditions.  The vehicle then ran off the left side of the road and crossed the median, entering the eastbound lanes of 50 Highway.  The vehicle then struck another vehicle, driven by Dwight Parrott, 50, of Knob Noster.  Wingerter was transported to Bothwell Regional Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
