JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo.- According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Facebook page, a man wielding a gun is wanted for armed robbery allegations at a Casey’s General Store.
Monday, March 13, 2017 at approximately 10:00 p.m. the Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Casey’s general store located at 4 SE 125 Road.
The suspect entered wearing clothing to cover his face, allegedly displayed a firearm and then fled the area with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no injuries reported and the incident is currently under investigation by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
A recent armed robbery occurred on March 4, 2017, around 11:00pm, in Pettis County at the La Monte Casey’s general store off US 50 highway. The report indicates detectives from both agencies met this morning and shared information regarding the robberies.
