HENRY COUNTY, Mo — An Independence man fell asleep behind the wheel, causing a roll-over accident in Henry County Friday. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, 22-year-old Jaelen Brown fell asleep near Missouri 7 and Clark Tire in Clinton around 12:48 p.m. Friday afternoon. The Dodge Journey he was driving allegedly ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned multiple times before coming to a stop in a field. The driver reportedly had no insurance. Two young minors were also inside the vehicle at the time of the accident. All three occupants were transported by Golden Valley Ambulance to Golden Valley Hospital with minor injuries.
