RICHMOND, MO – One of three suspect accused of taking part in a robbery at a general store in Richmond, was sentenced last week.

Court records indicate Jerry Baxley II, 28, of Independence was sentenced Wednesday, April 4 after pleading guilty to four counts, including, robbery, armed criminal action, assault, and stealing. The sentence involves a total of 23 years and 3 months incarceration.  Baxley took part in the robbery of a Casey’s store in January last year with the help of two other suspects.
