RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Lawson driver was jailed after reportedly leaving the scene of a crash he supposedly caused in Ray County yesterday evening.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says Donald E. Jamerson, 39, of Lawson, was northbound at Highway 10 and Route M, when he failed to yield and struck a westbound vehicle driven by Eddie Holly, 62, of Excelsior Springs. Holly’s vehicle struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Renee Trawick, 53, of Lawson. Eddie Holly was treated at Truman Medical Center for minor injuries but his passenger, Belinda Holly, 54, was flown to Truman with serious injuries. Trawick sought treatment on her own for minor injuries.
Jamerson is on a 24 hour hold for alleged felony leaving the scene of a crash and felony assault with a motor vehicle.
