TJ Peacher

MDC Outreach and Education District Supervisor for the Northwest region, T.J. Peacher says, “We’ve got a bug chef, he’s returning this year and what he does is he gourmetly cooks certain bugs and allows you to taste them. I’ve heard it’s pretty good but I haven’t been able to sample one yet.”

Many of these little critters play a critical role in nature’s complex ecology. Not only do many of them come in beautiful colors but they also pollinate crops.
