DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. – An Iowa man was jailed after a traffic stop in Daviess County Tuesday night.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report, Javier Valenzuela, 36, of Des Moines, was stopped just before 11:00 last night for speeding. Further investigation resulted in allegations of felony driving with no drivers license, felony possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of an illegal firearm.
Valenzuela is on a 24 hour investigative hold at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
