Plans for a J-turn continue to move forward by MoDoT for the city of Clark.

Haeffner says after the work is complete it will reduce the number of fatal accidents at the intersections of Routes B, P and Highway 63 at the entrance of Clark. City officials have pushed to stop the installation of the J-turn, but the project will still goes to bid in March.
Clark officials are also concerned about a loss of profit for their community with worries of motorists bypassing their city after the J-turn project is complete.
