A 31-year-old former Sedalia resident will be in court Tuesday morning for a final disposition hearing in the murder case against him. In April of 2011 Jamauhle Brown was indicted on a number of charges in connection to the shooting death of Michael Smith in March of 2010, including first degree murder, armed criminal action, first degree burglary, committing a felony in furtherance of gang activity, tampering with physical evidence and unlawful possession of a firearm. The sentencing hearing will start at 9 a.m. in a Pettis County court.
