JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. — Threats made Thursday targeted at the High School in Holden are being investigated by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.

The nature of the threat has not yet been disclosed by authorities. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Thursday that nothing nefarious occurred at the school and the individual who allegedly made the threat was taken into custody.

Classes were dismissed as usual at the regular time.
