The Johnson County Fair will once again give the opportunity to show off your home-made and home-grown products. Do you bake a great chocolate chip cookie? Are you famous for your jelly? Do you have a knack for needlework? Are you artistic? Do you have a green thumb? Bring the fruits of your labor to the fair!
Open exhibits in foods, sewing and needlework, fine arts, farm crops and garden produce will be accepted at the fair from 4: 30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 6. Ribbons and premium money will be awarded for the first three places in each category.
Fair books with detailed information on classes and rules are available at the University Extension Center, 135 W. Market in Warrensburg during their regular business hours. For questions on specific show rules it is suggested you contact the Johnson County Fair Association at 660-747-1811
