Are you prepared to deal with a winter storm? The American Red Cross and Johnson County Emergency Management will host a presentation Thursday Jan. 26th, 2012, 6pm in room 3 at the Warrensburg Community Center.

The presentation provides valuable winter storm safety information including what winter storms are, warning signals that alert people to winter weather threats and how to stay safe during and after a winter storm through preparation.

Learn how to improve your understand of the hazards associated with winter weather and how to put together a family disaster supply kit. Also, receive local information from our first responder agencies, Johnson County 911, Emergency Management and others.
