An Odessa resident charged with sexual assault and unlawful use of a weapon will appear in Clay County for a pre-trial conference.   Joseph Echaves, 29, is scheduled for a Jury trial on the second of July.

Gregory Dedrickson, 36, of Independence, is also slated for a pretrial-conference at nine.  He is charged with invasion of privacy and his Jury Trial will be July second.

Jerry Nail, of Orrick will appear in a Ray County Courtroom for a pre-emptory docket hearing at 9:00 a.m..  The 25-year-old is charged with assault, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, and armed criminal action.  Nail allegedly shot Jeffrey Meriman, 36, of Camdenton, on the 16th of February.

A Braymer resident convicted of felonious restraint and domestic assault will appear in Ray County at nine.  Jerold Waters, Junior, 39, pleaded guilty to the charges in May.

An Independence resident will appear in an Independence courtroom Friday afternoon at 1:30.  Randy Lande, 47, is accused of kidnapping, raping, and sodomizing an 8-year-old.  The hearing is expected to relate to the court statement of a child under the age of 14.
