A pair out of Kansas City, Kansas has plead guilty to the May 2014 robbery of an Excelsior Springs bank.

Federal Court records indicate Charles Spencer, 25, and his older sister Virginia Spencer, 29, plead guilty to one count each of aiding and abetting an armed bank robbery and one count of aiding and abetting the possession of a fire arm in furtherance of a crime of violence.

The Spencers get away driver, Steven Robinson, 23, plead guilty back in November of 2014 for one count of aiding and abetting an armed bank robbery.

The clan got away with a little over $11,000 before a high speed pursuit ended with the head on collision of a tree.  The Spencers could be sentenced to up to a life sentence and Robinson could face 25 years, all without the possibility of parole.
