On May 18th the Justice Department charged Frank L. White, 35, of Kansas City, Mo. of a robbery involving the theft of  $1,971  from the Commerce Bank at 6336 Brookside Place, Kansas City.  A bank teller gave White all the money in the top portion of a drawer.  She succeeded in raising an alarm to notify police.

White also allegedly broke into a residence on 65th street terrace as he fled from police, breaking the glass on a door.  White left the residence after the homeowner refused to give White the keys to his vehicle.  White was eventually apprehended not far from that area by police.
