COOPER COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri Highway Patrol is asking for numerous charges for a Kansas driver stopped Wednesday in Cooper County.
An arrest report from Troop F of the Missouri Highway Patrol indicates that 45-year-old Garrett G. Sullivan, of Kansas City, was speeding, following too closely and cut off another vehicle before being stopped by the trooper.
Sullivan is accused of trying to bribe the officer, felony possession of 8 grams of illegal mushrooms, possession of LSD, driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sullivan was eligible to post bond on the allegations.
