(Update): A representative with the contractor Air2 reports the worker is in stable condition. That is all the information that the rep. was able to give at the time.
KMZU News has received reports that a KCP&L Contract Worker has fallen in a corn field from approximately 89 feet in the air in rural Saline County Tuesday.
At 12:15 reports came in saying the patient had been air lifted to an unknown area hospital. The individual’s current condition is also unknown at this time.
KMZU News spoke with Rebecca Galati, Spokesperson with Kansas City Power & Light, shortly after the incident.
Air2 is unable to comment at this time.
Some reports put the incident about a half mile off of Route BB to the west and north of 220th Road on 225th Trail.
