KEARNEY — A Kearney man was moderately injured when he failed to stop at a stop sign in Clay County early Thursday morning. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a ditched 1998 Ford, driven by Joseph M Sparks, 38. The vehicle was towed. Sparks was transported to Liberty Hospital.
