Kenneth Harrison Mizer, 81, of rural Marshall, MO, died Sunday, December 1, 2019, at University Hospital and Clinics in Columbia, MO.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Rev. Randy Shannon officiating. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Marshall Cumberland Presbyterian Church or Marshall FFA Chapter. Friends may sign the online register book at

Born December 30, 1937, in Saline County, MO, he was the son of the late Leonard H. Mizer and Hattie Shrader Mizer. He lived in Saline County his entire life, was a 1955 graduate of Marshall High School and a farmer. On March 3, 1962, he married Ramona Cundiff who survives of the home. He was a member of Marshall Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder, served on the Session and made ice cream for the Ice Cream and Music Fest in July. He was also a charter member of the Greater Kansas City Two Cylinder Club. He collected antique tractors and people came from all over the world to see them. He also served in Missouri Army National Guard.

In addition to his wife, Ramona, he is survived by four children, Renee Samm of Mexico, MO, Paul H. Mizer (Brenda) of rural Marshall, Leah N. Mizer of Baltimore, MD, and John L. Mizer of rural Marshall; and five grandchildren, Abrea, Drew and Emma Mizer, Raegan and Elayna Samm.
