The Keytesville City Council has a busy agenda for Tuesday’s meeting. The council will revisit the city’s leash law, discussion on the lease or purchase of a new trencher and back hoe, and the city’s contingency and emergency plans. New items on the agenda include two water and sewer connections, various billing issues, and drafting a response letter to a Department of Natural Resources survey. The meeting will be called to order at six o’clock in City Hall.
