JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo.- A Johnson County arrest warrant has been issued for a Kingsville, Mo. resident accused of assault and other felony acts.
According to court records, Charlie Smith, 79, is wanted for two counts of Felony Assault of a Law Officer, County Official, or Emergency Personnel While Being Apprehended Risking Immediate Serious Physical Injury in the 2nd degree.
He is also accused of Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon and two counts of Felony Armed Criminal Action.
Bond in the matter has been set at $25,000 cash only, with no contact with the victims allowed and other conditions.
Smith is not yet in custody.
