A motor vehicle stop on Highway 13 in Clinton late Friday night lead to the arrest of 25 year old Mark Criswell of Kansas City. He was arrested initially for driving while revoked, however, a subsequent search of his vehicle resulted in the seizure of fifty bricks of processed marijuana, weighing 60 pounds, found in a bag in the trunk of the vehicle.  On Saturday, Criswell was formally charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute. Criswell’s bond was set at $50,000 and he currently remains in the Henry County Detention Center in lieu of bond.
