RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A Lawson man’s drug case is scheduled for a hearing Tuesday morning in Ray County.
A peremptory hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. in a case accusing David Lindsey of controlled substance possession, with the intent to distribute or manufacture.
Lindsey was arrested after a report of theft.
Prosecutors say he traded stolen items for substances found syringes seized in the arrest.
He remains behind bars in Ray County.
