PLEASANT HILL, Mo. — We are in for more snow Thursday across much of the KMZU listening area.
After very little winter weather last year, 2018 is shaping up to be a snowy one. National Weather Service Meteorologist Walt Otto told KMZU News Tuesday morning that the morning snow won’t last all day.
“It’s a clipper system that is going to come through pretty quickly,” Otto said. “Some areas are still picking up some light rain, but for your area light snow is falling. We expect it to last into the early morning hours, but by noon things should be improving pretty quickly.”

Otto adds that roads in northwest and north-central Missouri may be slick in some spots this morning, so motorists are encouraged to be careful as they head out today (Thurs).
