LINN COUNTY, Mo. — The arraignment of a man accused of forcing his way into a woman’s residence in Linn County is delayed until Thursday.
Ronald E. Lemmond, 30, of Marceline was set to be arraigned Tuesday for a felony count of first degree burglary, misdemeanor violation of an order of protection and two counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest.
Police say Lemmond violated an ex parte agreement on June 19 and fled on foot when officers tried to make an arrest.
The arraignment is reset for 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
