City crews in Richmond are once again placing markers next to water meters.  Click to hear KMZU’s Kristie Cross talk to City Administrator Ron Brohammer:

“These are three by four inch blue flags on a wire that is about one and a half feet tall,” said Brohammer,” The whole notion is to put them by the water meter pit so that, if we do have snow, we can find the meter pit if we need a direct read or if we need to do maintenance work.”

Residents are asked not to remove the flags until crews return to collect them in the spring.
