The Missouri Livestock Symposium gets underway when the doors open at 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec 2nd. Spokesperson Bruce Lane says the event will feature information for livestock producers, a trade show and prsentations that are consumer oriented.
Speakers with address care and handling of animals including cattle, horses, sheep and goats. A number of consumer as well and home and farm topics will alse be featured.

Friday night includes a free steak dinner and a keynote speaker. Saturday the doors will open at 8 am. The event is free and open to anyone. The only portion of the Symposium that requires a purchase is the Becky Blackaby on Saturday night. Tickets for the show are available for $10 and sold on a first come first served basis.
