UPDATE: (08/27/16) 9:20 a.m. – The Livingston Co. Sheriff’s Office has reported that Frazier was located and booked into the Livingston Co. Jail Friday at approximately 3:16 p.m.
The warrant was for a probation violation for a previous conviction of theft/stealing, not for new allegations.
A Probation Violation Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. in a Livingston county courtroom. Frazier remains in custody without bond.
LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – A Braymer, Mo. resident is being sought by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Troy D. Frazier, 46, is wanted for a class D Felony of Attempted Stealing and Theft of Property or Services Valued Between $500 and $25,000.
Bond was denied by the Livingston County court and the warrant was issued on Wednesday, August 24, 2016.
Frazier is described as a white male approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing 189 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes.
