An accident in Livingston County injured a Laclede woman Tuesday night which resulted in felony accusations against the driver. Reports indicate James Breeden, 43, was heading south on County Road 265 north of Wheeling when he lost control and the vehicle struck an embankment.
A passenger Tammie Breeden, 43, had moderate injuries and was taken to Hedrick Medical Center.
After the investigation James Breeden was charged with felony DWI, resulting in an injury accident, endangering the welfare of a child, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. Breeden was placed in the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail for a 24 hour investigation.
