LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – A motion for bond reduction was filed Thursday for a woman accused of setting fire to a railway bridge in Livingston County.
The attorney for Destanie Dawn Batson, 23, had previously filed a motion for change of venue out of Livingston County. Batson, James P. E. Haight and Kyle Jacob Mace, each of Chillicothe, were charged with felony counts of knowingly burning and property damage in the first degree, after the Canadian Pacific Railroad bridge, South of Chillicothe, was set on fire the morning of October 29, 2018.
A hearing date for the motions has not yet been set.
