LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – The Livingston County Sheriff’s office has arrested a Most Wanted fugitive following an investigation Monday.
According to a press release, Lee Alvin Hines was arrested after the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted an investigation into a residence where they believed Hines to be hiding. After discussion with the homeowners, one admitted that Hines was in the residence. He was found hiding on the second floor. Hines is wanted for alleged probation violation on an original conviction of Endangering the Welfare of a child in the first degree.
He was taken to Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail on a no-bond warrant.
