A local teen charged in connection to misconduct in the Hardin-Central boy’s locker room may be looking for an attorney according to online court documents.
Michael Boydston, 18, appeared in court Wednesday morning for a criminal setting, but his lawyer reportedly failed to show. Boydston is charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, stemming from a series of incidents in late 2011.
The online docket indicates that leave has been granted to Boydston’s Attorney, Donald Norris to withdraw. A phone call to Norris’ law office for comment was not immediately returned.
Boydston was granted a continuance and will be back in a Ray County courtroom February 5th at 10:30 a.m.
