CASS COUNTY, Mo— A St. Clair County resident has been charged in Cass County for two felony and two misdemeanor counts after
incidents which took place Monday, March 14, 2016.
Court records indicate a warrant was issued yesterday, March 15, 2016, for the arrest of Trevor William Barker, 23, of Lowry City. This morning, Cass County deputies served the warrant and took Barker into custody on charges of felony first degree tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest by fleeing causing substantial risk of death or injury. Barker also is charged with misdemeanor assault on a state worker and second degree property damage.
Bond has been set at $5,000 in the matter.
Barker will make his initial court appearance April 14, 2016, at 9 a.m. in a Cass County court room.
