LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – One of three defendants charged with burning a railway bridge in Livingston County was transferred to circuit court Thursday. At a preliminary hearing for Kyle Jacob Mace, 19, of Chillicothe, the court bound him over on felony counts of knowingly burning and property damage in the first degree. Mace was charged, along with Destanie Batson and James Haight, with intentionally setting fire to the Canadian Pacific bridge South of Chillicothe. Mace will appear in circuit court for an arraignment on January 22.
