RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A criminal setting continued from March for a man accused of pointed a gun at a man and woman in Lawson on April 12, 2017 is scheduled for Tuesday morning in a Ray County courtroom.
26-year-old Aaron Dion Haggins, Jr., of Pleasant Valley, is charged with two felony counts each of first degree assault, armed criminal action and endangering the welfare of a child.
A probable cause statement alleges he hid a firearm in a child’s room during a police search of his residence.
Haggins’ criminal setting is set for 9:00 a.m. Tuesday in Ray County.
