LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo — A man was arrested in Livingston County Tuesday evening. At around 6 p.m., the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trespassing report and found Randy Wayne Adair, 57 on a couch in another home.
According to a press release, Adair was reportedly under the influence when police tried to relocate him. He allegedly made a direct insult towards one of the officers and reportedly resisted arrest. Adair refused to get up, walk, or be compliant. He continued resisting after being taken to a hospital and refused treatment.
Adair is charged with trespassing, assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. He is held at Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
