hearingCARROLL COUNTY, Mo. — A man injured during a motorcycle accident in Carroll County, Missouri appeared in court Wednesday, July 15, 2015.

Mark Danforth was injured during a wreck that occurred the evening of May 10, 2015. Following the accident, Danforth was charged with alleged possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest by fleeing, failure to yield an emergency vehicle, exceeding the posted speed limit, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway, along with multiple other charges.

Danforth appeared in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing, in which a Highway Patrol officer was called to testify. Danforth requested to be out on bond, but got denied by both the state and presiding judge.

Arraignment for Danforth was scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Carroll County.
