MOBERLY, Mo. – The subject of an intense search in Moberly, Thursday night, is now in the Randolph County Jail.
When Moberly officers stopped Cody Kitchen, 30, over an active Randolph County warrant for probation violation, he bolted from the car stop. During the foot pursuit, Kitchen unlawfully entered a residence in the 600 block of Coates Street. As officers enter the residence, Kitchen escaped by way of the back door. Kitchen was taken into custody in the 800 block of Myra Street tonight, after another brief foot pursuit by police and Randolph County deputies.
Additional charges have not yet been listed in court records.
