LINN COUNTY, Mo. – The Linn County Prosecuting Attorney, Tracy Carlson, wants the bond revoked in a drug case against a Marceline resident.

Michael G. Gandy, 38, had posted bond early in May, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Those charges were requested in April of this year, by the Brookfield Police Department. On May 21st, the Marceline Police Department asked for additional charges, claiming Gandy was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

A motion hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. this morning, at the Linn County Courthouse.
