A request for a change of venue was granted Friday in the case against a Tipton resident.  Damien Riley, 31, is charged with assault, armed criminal action, burglary, and unlawful use of a weapon related to an incident in early May.  Riley allegedly broke into a Marshall home and beat two victims with a crow bar, according to a probable cause statement.  Irvin Riley, 47, was indicted by a grand jury in July.  He is facing similar charges.  Bond for both men was set at 100,000 dollars.  Damien Riley is scheduled to go before a Ray County jury on Nov. 13 and 14.  Judge David Miller was assigned by the Missouri Supreme Court to preside over the case.
