Roads and their effect on the city budget were a topic of concern at Marshall’s City Council meeting Monday night.  The unexpected rise in oil prices is putting a strain on the city road repair budget.  City Adminstrator Connie Latimer says it is a necessary evil to keep roads usable and they still plan on doing some much-needed repairs on Haney Street.  Council also discussed City-Wide Clean-Up.  The annual trash service will be offered again on April 16th through 19th.
