The Marshall City Council has its regular meeting Monday. Click to hear KMZU’s Bob Allen talk with Marshall City Administrator Connie Latimer:
The city of Marshall opened up bids for several items and projects last week. Latimer says the municipal services department is looking to upgrade some machinery. Latimer expects council to approve the bids during Monday evening’s meeting. The bids are for several chassis, a new snow plow and mounting frame, a surplus caterpillar scraper, and a diamond grinding project on College St.
Latimer says one bright spot is a jump in sales tax revenue for the second consecutive month.
The open session starts at 5:15 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.
