MARSHALL, Mo. — A regularly scheduled meeting of the Marshall City council will be held Monday evening.

A number of items of business are listed on the tentative agenda, including various committee reports and reports from the city administrator and mayor. Two public hearings will be held, for the 2018-2019 tax levy and for the annexation of city owned property. Depository and pavement marking bids will also be considered.

An ordinance which would amend the city’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Program policy will be discussed as well as one to approve and accept the final plat of the Legacy Estates Subdivision.

Any other council business will then be brought forward before council adjourns to a closed, executive session.

The meeting of the Marshall City Council will get underway at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Marshall City Office Building.
