A Marshall man was arrested after being stopped by troopers in Pettis County Sunday afternoon. According to reports, James Gross, 55, was charged with alleged DWI, forgery, possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Gross was transported to the Pettis County Jail and pending a 24-hour investigation.
