A Clinton resident is scheduled for a hearing Friday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.. Lonny Mays, 68, was charged with murder and armed criminal action after an incident in March in which Mays allegedly opened fire on neighbor Rudy Romdall, 66, after a heated argument earlier in the day. Mays is being held on bond of $2 million.
