SULLIVAN COUNTY, Mo. – A driver from Harris was incarcerated on traffic and drug allegations after a traffic stop in Sullivan County Tuesday afternoon.

Jacob D. Hullinger, 23, was jailed after 12:30 p.m., yesterday, for alleged felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a prior offender, along with failure to display valid plates, no insurance and no seat belt.

Hullinger is on a 24 hour hold as he awaits formal charges.
