LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – – A Minnesota man accused of burglary in Livingston County has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

On Tuesday, Gregory F. Spickerman, 56, of St. Paul, changed his plea to guilty for an amended information charging him with felony stealing. Spickerman was originally charged with first degree burglary after surveillance video caught him stealing two televisions from the Walmart Store in Chillicothe.

The judge subsequently sentenced Spickerman to two years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
