DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. — A Minnesota resident found herself in potential legal trouble after her arrest in Daviess County on Saturday.
At 1:07 p.m., Owatonna, Minnesota resident Tiilish Graham, 44, was arrested. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report, she was preliminarily charged with a Class E felony for DWI, in addition to charges for leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving, speeding, and failure to maintain a single lane.
Graham was arrested and transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail, where she was placed on a 24-hour-hold. Future court dates have not yet been released.
