SEDALIA, Mo. – The Missouri State Fair is putting on hold some of their well-known traditions including the annual queen contest and Farm Bureau Farm Family day. These are among the many scheduled events that have been cancelled with the fair’s transition to a youth livestock-only event this year.

According to Cierra Monsees, Missouri State Fair Public Information Specialist, the 2020 Farm Families will be honored at the 2021 Missouri State Fair to compensate for the cancellation this year.
